Chef Daniel brings nineteen plus years of culinary experience with a consistent focus on authentic Mexican cuisine. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and American Chef Association, Daniel has opened and developed successful concepts in conjunction with Chefs Mark Kiffin, Mark Miller and Stephan Pyles in Las Vegas, NV.
Daniel has been awarded the #1 Latin Concept Chef by the Chefs in America Awards Foundation, and Chef of the Year by E-Brands, and has participated in prestigious culinary events such as Taste of the Nation, Bon Appétit, Wine Spectator Wine Experience Grand Tour, Big Smoke Cigar Aficionado, The Billboard Awards, and Meals on Wheels.
